Planning approval has been granted for more than 200 new homes on the edge of Shrewsbury.
The development will include a mix of one- to four-bedroom homes, with 91 properties set aside for affordable rent, shared ownership, and discounted sale.
Around five acres of public open space will also be created, alongside a new play area and landscaping designed to support biodiversity.

All homes will be built to modern energy standards and will include solar panels and electric vehicle charging points as standard.
Lee Perry, technical director at Persimmon Homes West Midlands, said: “We’re pleased to have secured approval for these new homes in Shrewsbury.
